How it works
Four steps, no surprises

Book
Sign in and send a booking request here, or open a ticket in the Discord. Tell us the raid, how many, and when you can play.

Gear check
A carry reviews your setup in your ticket and flags anything that needs changing before the day.

Pay the Collector
Trade the agreed GP in game to the one staff member holding the GP Collector role, named in your ticket.

Raid
Staff drag you into a private voice channel with your team. You raid, we carry, you get the KC.
The guarantee
Completed KC, or your GP back.
If a wipe is on our carries, you choose: a free re-attempt or a full refund of the GP you paid. Carries are only paid out after the raid completes, so the whole team is on your side.
- Every carry is vetted by the owner before they can take clients.
- GP is held by one trusted staff member until the raid is done.
- No one on the team is ever paid in anything but in-game GP.
- Toxicity, scamming or RWT talk gets a carry removed instantly.
Rules
Short list. Strictly kept.
- GP only, in game. No real-money, crypto, gift cards, account trades or gold swaps. Mentioning it gets you removed.
- Pay the GP Collector only. One named staff member takes payment, inside your ticket. Anyone else asking for GP is a scammer.
- Book through a ticket. Prices, times and teams are agreed in your ticket so there is a record for both sides.
- Bring what we agree on. Gear and supplies are checked before the raid. Turning up without them forfeits the slot.
FAQ
Questions we get a lot
Is this allowed by Jagex?+
Yes. Paying other players in-game GP for in-game help is trading, and trading is part of the game. What is not allowed is real-world trading, so we never accept or discuss real money, crypto, gift cards or anything outside the game.
How do I pay?+
In game, up front, to the one staff member holding the GP Collector role who is named in your ticket. Nobody else on the team will ever ask you for GP. Carries are paid out by us after the raid.
What if we wipe?+
If the wipe is on our carries, you get a free re-attempt or your GP back, your choice. If it is on you (ignoring calls, wrong gear after we flagged it), we will still try again at our discretion but a refund is not guaranteed.
Will anyone know I paid for a team?+
Not from us. Tickets are numbered, not named. Carry and coaching voice channels are invisible to other members. Completed-raid logs never include the client. You can stay fully anonymous in vouches too.
What do I need to bring?+
Gear and supplies for the raid you booked. We will check your setup in the ticket and tell you if anything needs changing before the session, so there are no surprises on the day.
What is live coaching?+
The same team runs the raid with you, but a carry talks you through every room on voice as you do the mechanics yourself. It costs more because it is a slower raid for the team, but you come out able to do it on your own.
